Terms of Sale
These terms apply to orders for physical products placed through the Next Level Sealants online shop. They do not affect the separate terms on which we agree to carry out installation or contracting services.

1. Who we are
The shop is operated by Next Level Sealants Ltd (Company No. 15665381), registered office 15a Brunswick Parade, Liverpool, England, L22 5PY, registered in England & Wales. Contact: liam@nextlevelsealants.co.uk / 07538 385459.
2. Products
We sell original, manufacturer-sealed sealant, silicone and related products sourced from legitimate GB suppliers, together with associated tools and accessories. We are not the manufacturer of these products unless stated otherwise on the product page — the manufacturer is identified on each product page. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith based on manufacturer or supplier documentation.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the price you will be asked to pay for the product, plus any delivery charge, which is always shown before you are asked to pay. Payment is taken through Stripe, our payment provider, at the point of ordering. We do not store your card details.
We are not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the prices shown.
4. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order, and a contract is formed, when we confirm your payment has been accepted (by email or on the order confirmation page). We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is no longer available or there is a pricing error, in which case you will receive a full refund of any amount paid for that order.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses in Great Britain only. See Delivery & Returns for current delivery charges and arrangements.
6. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods
Your right to cancel an order, return goods, and your rights if goods are faulty or not as described, are set out in full on our Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Product safety information
Where relevant, product pages provide access to manufacturer Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and any hazard or warning information required for that product. Please read and follow this information, and the instructions on the product packaging, before use.
8. Installation services
Buying a product through the shop does not include installation. If you would like us to install a product professionally, this is arranged separately as a quoted service through our contact page.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
10. Complaints and governing law
If you have a complaint about an order, please contact us using the details above in the first instance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your local courts.
