Our Process
Pre-start and scope review
We agree the programme, standards, joint specifications, product selection and handover requirements from drawings, schedules or a site walk before work starts.
First-fix and sample approval
Where required, we prepare a sample area for sign-off before the full programme begins, confirming finish and colour where relevant.
Programme delivery
We work through the units or façade areas in line with the site programme and other trades, carrying out quality checks as we progress.
Snagging and handover
We return to put right any sealant snags and provide the handover records and photographs the site needs.
