Sealant is often the last trade on a job, so rushed work stands out. We take care of the preparation, product choice and finish rather than treating it as a quick line around the edge.
We do not hide failed silicone under another bead. Existing material is taken out first.
The surface is cleaned and checked so the new sealant has the best chance to bond.
Wet area, external, movement and construction joints need different products and preparation.

Yes, bathroom and kitchen resealing is one of our most requested services. We remove all old sealant completely, clean the surfaces and apply fresh silicone in a consistent bead. Patching over old sealant is not something we do.
Yes. Old silicone must be fully removed before resealing. Applying new sealant on top of old will fail quickly and look poor. We remove everything down to the substrate, clean the surfaces thoroughly, and only then apply the new sealant.
Yes. We work on all kinds of commercial properties including offices, retail units, industrial buildings and new builds. We're used to working with property managers and main contractors.
