Sectors
What We Do
The right sealant for the right application — prepared correctly and finished cleanly every time.
The difference
is in the
preparation.
Anyone can apply sealant. Getting it to last, seal properly and look right comes down to what happens before the gun comes out.
Substrate preparation
Old sealant removed completely. Surfaces cleaned back to the substrate and primed where required. No patching over existing material.
Correct specification
Silicone, polyurethane, polysulphide — the right product for each application. Movement capacity, substrate compatibility and exposure all considered.
Clean application
Properly masked, neatly tooled, tidy site. Consistent bead profile that performs as well as it looks.
Commercial experience
Used to working on live sites alongside other trades. We work to your programme and don't create problems for others on site.
The
Process
Simple and straightforward from first contact to finished job. No unnecessary back-and-forth, no surprises.
Send Your Details
Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp. Photos of the job are welcome and speed up the quoting process.
Job Reviewed
We'll look at what you've sent, ask anything we need to know, and come back with a price — usually the same day.
Quote Confirmed
A straight price, nothing hidden. If the job needs a site visit first, we'll sort that.
Work Scheduled
We agree a date that works for you. For site work, we'll coordinate with your programme.
Work Completed
The work gets done properly. Correct materials, clean lines, tidy site.
Final Check
We check it ourselves before leaving. If it doesn't look right, it's not finished.

Questions
Answers to the questions we get asked most often. If yours isn't here, just get in touch.
Yes. We work on all kinds of commercial properties — offices, retail units, industrial buildings, new builds. We're used to working with property managers and main contractors.
Yes, bathroom and kitchen resealing is one of our most requested services. We remove all old sealant completely, prepare and clean the surfaces, then apply fresh silicone in a clean, consistent bead. Patching over old sealant is not something we do — it's done properly or not at all.
Yes. We work with developers and main contractors on new build developments of all sizes. We're used to working within site programmes and coordinating with other trades. Internal finishing, bathroom silicone, external mastic and window frame sealing are all things we handle regularly.
We're based in Liverpool and cover Merseyside and the wider North West — Crosby, Bootle, Formby, Southport, Wirral, St Helens, Warrington, Widnes, Runcorn and surrounding areas. If you're not sure, just ask.
Yes — for most jobs, photos are the quickest way to get a price. Send them via WhatsApp, email or the contact form. We'll come back to you with a quote, or arrange a visit if we need to see it first.
Always. Old silicone must be fully removed before resealing — applying new sealant on top of old will fail quickly and look poor. We remove everything down to the substrate, clean the surfaces properly, and only then apply the new sealant.
We use professional-grade sealants suited to each specific application — silicone for bathrooms and wet areas, polyurethane and polysulphide for external and structural joints, and specialist products for expansion joints. We don't cut corners with materials.
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance for all work we carry out. Documentation can be provided for commercial and site-based work where required.
