Domestic Sealant Work from £90
Our minimum booking value for domestic sealant work is £90. Larger jobs are priced based on the work required — the £90 minimum is not added on top. Most domestic jobs can be priced from a few clear photos, so you know the cost before anything is booked.
Common Domestic Problems
Draughts around windows and doors
Failed perimeters let cold air and water in. We strip the old sealant and reseal the frame.
Cracked render or brick joints
Movement and weathering open up external joints. We reseal them to keep the building weather-tight.
Damp near extension joints
Junctions between old and new build can move and crack. We seal them with a product suited to the joint.
Failed conservatory roof and frame sealant
Conservatory frames and roof joints are exposed to the weather. We remove old sealant and reseal to keep the joint weather-tight.

Old sealant is removed completely and the surfaces are cleaned. We do not apply new sealant over old.

Yes. We have a dedicated Bathrooms & Kitchens service. For kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms, we remove the old silicone and reseal cleanly.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Domestic resealing has a £90 minimum call-out. We will confirm the full price before any work starts.
